Meniere's Disease, Digestive Issues, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol
When my daughter took me to see Dr.Tad, we had already gone to see 3 ear specialists in Rhode Island and 1 in Boston with no answers for my Meniere's Disease. I was progressively getting worse by the day. I was so dizzy that I was holding on to walls and in bed 4-5 days out of the week. I also had ringing in my ears and hearing loss. I thought the next step for me was a nursing home.

That was 6 months ago, I have not been dizzy since my second treatment of acupuncture. I am off all prescription medicine and my blodd pressure and cholesterol are amazing!

Dr. Tad has given me my life back! I can drive again and watch my 2 year old great granddaughter without the worry of getting dizzy. Thank you Dr. Tad and his staff for being warm and caring and making me feel like family.

Acid Reflux, Shoulder Pain, Cholesterol
I recently had an Acid Reflux attack that was so severe I was immobilized. During the night I took about 10 antacids and nothing touched the pain. The next morning when it let up enough for me to get to Dr. Tad, I came in for an emergency visit. The girls in the office got me right in a room and I could just about get myself on the table. When Dr. Tad came in he knew exactly where to place the needles to relieve my pain. Before he left the room I had relief and when I came out of the room I felt like the attack never happened!

Thank you, Dr.Tad and Staff!

Upper Back Pain, Weight Loss, Blood Pressure and Cholesterol
When I came to acupuncture I had a long standing upper right back pain. In addition, I needed to lose weight and I had a desire of being free from pharmacy pills for cholesterol and blood pressure.

After a few treatments, the pain in my back disappeared completely. My weight is now 13 lbs. lower than before and I feel very good about the walking I do daily. My blood pressure is also much better at 120/68 right now. I have had excellent results using herbs instead of prescription drugs for my issues as well.

The miracle of acupuncture is its non-invasive quality and the very speedy results from such capable doctors. Also, as I have come to appointments with new needs for healing, the doctors send me home a very happy, cared for person!

Lower Back Pain, Osteoporosis, High Cholesterol & ADHD
Prior to acupuncture my symptoms included pain, bone density thinning, issues with focusing and staying calm, insomnia, depression, irritability and frustration.

Once I got past the adjustment stage and my body became more balanced, I felt much better. I was able to lower my ADHD medications from 100mg to 50mg. My circulation improved – warm hands and feet!! I had more energy and my digestive system improved. I even felt peaceful.

My problems have been with me for years and yet in a few months of treatment with Dr. Tad, I am seeing changes in my body. I imagine after a few more treatments, my physical problems will be a thing of the past. In fact, some are already gone completely. When everyone around was suffering for weeks with bad colds, I would only get a mild case and it was gone in about a week.

Acupuncture will "awaken" your body's old injuries and pains. This amazed me when it happened. However, it only lasted a day or two and then disappeared completely. In combination with the herbs that Dr. Tad suggests and changes in diet, I believe that everyone could see positive changes with their health problems. I've talked with other patients waiting to see Dr. Tad and they all say the same thing: they are better now having been treated by Dr. Tad. Acupuncture is medicine that has been around for thousands of years. It works! A patient must be willing to stay the course, meet with Dr. Tad and follow his instructions. There will be days that one may ask "why am I putting myself through this?" However, I promise you that you will be glad that you did because Dr. Tad wants you to be well. And you will be!

One very interesting experience I would like to share happened at my regular appointment. I had just found out the day before that my mother had cancer. Dr. Tad came into the room to meet with me. He did his usual: checking the pulse, asking how I was, ect. When I told him about my Mom, he said he was sorry to hear the sad news. He applied the needles and left the room. As I was lying there an overwhelming sadness came over me and I wept uncontrollably!! It lasted about 5 minutes. When he came back into the room to apply the needles to my back, I asked him "Did you do something to cause such an emotional response in me?" He said, "What happened?" I told him that I had cried uncontrollably. "Good!" he said smiling. I asked him he did to cause me to cry – and to feel great afterwards. He told me had put a needle in my foot – my left foot. I remember that while crying that my left foot was tingling and tingling! He said, "It's not good to keep emotions inside – it is bad for you! I'm glad you cried!" There, you see? My acupuncturists makes me cry and I feel better afterwards!

Arthritis, High Cholesterol, High Blood Pressure, Thyroid, Acute Stenosis, and Optical Migraines
Two years ago I began acupuncture because of acute spinal stenosis and probability of surgery. I was in severe pain and could not walk much. I had already had PT, shot and pain medications. Three months of treatments and I no long experienced pain. MRI's indicated that my condition improved dramatically. I am now on maintenance without pain.

The "side effects" of acupuncture were:

  1. Normal Cholesterol Level – no medication required
  2. Lowered Blood Pressure – now taking less than half of the previous medication

I believe and I know that without acupuncture, I would have had back surgery that could not have been guaranteed to fully improve my condition.
