Chronic Pain

Migraine, Chronic Pain & Neck Arthritis
Prior to acupuncture treatment I suffered from regular headaches, neck pain, depression, and anxiety.

Acupuncture relieved my neck pain and helped me to feel more relaxed, hopeful and happy. I changed my diet by reducing the amount of processed sugar I consumed. I was also able to stop taking my migraine medication with no adverse consequence. Treatment with acupuncture and herbal therapy has made me feel much better overall and given me a more optimistic outlook on my future.

Believe in acupuncture. It's like the oil change for your car; if you don't do it your car breaks down. Acupuncture reaches the core of all body processes balancing them out and therefore, keeping you in better health. It's a must-do for me.

Insomnia, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Chronic Pain & Hot Flashes
I will admit when I was first approached by my hair stylists' husband to think about trying acupuncture I was quite skeptical about the idea. His dad comes here and is still treating. My friend gave me Dr. Tad's number and explained the consultation and initial exam were free. I figured, really, what do have to lose except possibly one hour of my time. I kept the phone number but never called. Finally, after about one month or so of continuing to get worse, I called and scheduled for a consultation. Again, not knowing if I was going to believe if this treatment style was for me, I booked my initial three appointments. After those appointments, I started to feel a change in my sleep – for the better. Also, because I was sleeping, my energy level increased and I felt less irritable. Okay. So I started to believe that this might be for me. So I signed on to a treatment plan always keeping in the back of my mind that I can cancel at any time. After the first session of appointments, I started to feeling an improvement to my fibromyalgia symptoms (excessive fatigue and aching from head to toe 24/7). I remember Dr. Tad saying that things might get worse before I see or feel an improvement but hang in there and don't get discouraged because this will work for you. I will admit that there were days and sometimes weeks that I felt worse than when I originally came here. I would arrive for my appointments and I would stand and pace the waiting area and be crying I was so uncomfortable. Nothing helped me!! The thought of giving up was always on my mind … but I would always remember his initial statement, "things may get worse before better and I feel real results." So I figured these days and weeks were worse so things had to get better. I am now past treating for six months and I am happy to say I'm glad I hung in there. My health has improved immensely. Not just physically but mentally as well. My outlook on alternative medicine is defiantly positive and I am a true believer that it works. I have even referred two friends and they are doing great too!!!

I am glad to get rid of all of my prescription medicines and living a fulfilled life. We are presently working on my psoriasis issues and occasionally my sleepless nights return, but I know continued treatment will take care of these issues.

Thank you Dr. Tad and your friendly work team for a job well done!
