Bio
Katie Lieberman, RYT has been teaching yoga in the Viniyoga tradition for 10 years. Katie's teaching comes from the firm believe that yoga should enhance all aspects of your life - physical, emotional, spiritual. She encourages a sense of community among students and guides them in getting to know themselves as methods of weaving the deeper aspects of yoga into daily life and developing a personal practice.

Prenatal Yoga:
Expectant mothers are guided through a sequence of postures specialized to support all phases of pregnancy. Each class begins with sharing updates of progressing pregnancies and specific issues to be addressed during practice.
Tuesdays - 5:30-7pm
Saturdays - 10:00-11:30am
Itsy Bitsy Yoga for Babies and Caregivers:
Parent and baby bonding thrives in this practice that teaches parents soothing techniques for little ones through special variations of traditional postures. Balanced parenting is fostered as we follow the lead of the babies and find moments for self nurturing for mom (or dad) through yoga and breathwork. Babies up to 12 months or almost crawling.
Support for holistic parenting.
Saturdays - 12pm-1:15pm
Yoga for Well Being:
A moderately paced Viniyoga (breath based) practice emphasizing the coexisting qualities of effort and ease, not only in yoga but in day to day life. Students learn yoga "remedies" for everyday use that support physical and emotional well being. Class begins with conversation about individual concerns which are addressed within the sequence of class.

We hold workshops in our office every other Wednesday! The workshops are free, an imperative part of patient care and are a great way to learn more about the basics of acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
