Information about reflexology.
What is reflexology?
During the 50-60 minute session the client reclines and relaxes as nerve endings forming reflexes on the feet are skillfully stimulated. Reflexology works through the nervous system to aid organs and structures of the entire body. Only the shoes and socks are removed. Some areas of the foot are more sensitive than others, which may indicate needs of the body. The session is nurturing, healing and feels fantastic!
Circulation increases as oxygen and nutrients are brought to areas previously blocked by toxins from stress, injury and enviroment.
